Repeat Prescriptions

Requests for a repeat prescription should be placed in the white box located in the foyer of the surgery 

If you are collecting your prescription from the surgery it will be available at the desk for collection after 48hours.

Alternatively, if you have expressed a preference for collecting from a pharmacy and this is pre-printed on your Request Slip, or you placed your Request Slip in the Pharmacy Box, your medication will be available, already dispensed, at the Pharmacy, usually after seven days from date of deposit.

Please note that Highcliffe Medical Centre processes, on average, 2,500 repeat prescription requests every week.
