We will have a vacancy in the Autumn for someone who wishes to be fully involved in our Team approach to the provision of health care. We are able to guarantee access for our patients on the day of request through team-work in our friendly purpose-built medical centre. Meanwhile, there is a daily open-clinic at the branch surgery in Mudeford. We are a "Beacon Practice" with many interests,

The Highcliffe surgery is in an idyllic situation with the sea less than half a mile to the south and the New Forest about a mile to the north.  To the west is Christchurch and to the east, Lymington. The area is extremely popular with holiday makers who account for a significant part of the local economy. There are many hotels, bed and breakfast establishments and caravan parks nearby.
Many people like to retire in and around this area, which has resulted in the majority of local population being over retirement age. This inevitably means the Practice list has a higher than the national average of elderly patients.

Sailing is a popular pastime for both locals and holidaymakers alike with Mudeford being the nearest harbour and Lymington on the mouth of the river Hamble with its substantial marinas and the famous, Royal Yacht Club.
