Patient Participation Group

The Patient Participation Group

This is a group of volunteer patients from the practice who represent the needs of the patient body and our local community.

They express views from the patient perspective and are consulted regarding the planning of services that the surgery provides.

They are also involved in helping the practice communicate any issues and news they feel the patients should be aware of and are responsible for producing the patient newsletter.

They meet monthly.

They are often visible helping out at the practice stand at the Rotary fete and the flu clinics, and are always open to feedback. The practice needs this feedback in order to provide the best service that we can - within our means.
